My name is Peter Tinggaard, and I am the one who has created and written most of the content for this homepage. But this homepage is not about me. I am just a servant that God has chosen to facilitate a movement of fasting intercessors for Denmark. A movement that God will raise up, equip and set on fire for Denmark. Hopefully time will show that this project is not just my good idea, but God\u00b4s idea.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

The goal of this homepage is to raise up a mighty, nationwide movement of fasting intercessors, that will stand together in prayer and fasting for revival to come to Denmark. <\/span><\/p>\n

The Bible makes it very clear what we must do, when a country has taken one step after another away from God\u00a0 whereby the powers of darkness have been given more and more access. For God is always ready to help. He has a solution, which He has given us through His word. A solution that both can and will change the future of our country. That solution is FASTING!<\/span><\/p>\n

2 Chron 7:13-14 (NIV): “When I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or command locusts to devour the land or send a plague among my people,<\/span>\u00a0if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Joel 2:12-13 (NIV): “Even now,” declares the Lord<\/span>, “<\/span>return to me with all your heart,\u00a0<\/span><\/span>with fasting and weeping and mourning.\u201d <\/span><\/span>Rend your heart a<\/span>nd not your garments.<\/span><\/span> Return to the Lord<\/span> your God,\u00a0<\/span>for he is gracious and compassionate, <\/span><\/span>slow to anger and abounding in love,\u00a0<\/span>and he relents from sending calamity.”<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

James 4:8-10 (NIV): “Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. <\/b>Grieve, mourn and wail. Change your laughter to mourning and your joy to gloom. Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up.”<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

So welcome to this homepage. I hope that you will be inspired and that you will become passionate about fasting. At least I hope that your spirit will want to fast – your flesh will never learn to rejoice over fasting. <\/span><\/p>\n
